Once again, the trial date has been pushed farther back, this time Judge Timothy Kenny, at Frank Murphy Hall of Justice, has chosen December 6th.
We will pursue having cameras film the trial, since we are told that there is not enough interest from the public to continue filming for major broadcast. In addition to this, local media has diminished their interest in this case.
It is up to us to keep the fight alive and prominent. We ask you for your support for the upcoming trial. Tell a friend, tell our family…pass the word about this case and trial. If you feel compelled to help, you can show up to the trial (6th floor of Frank Murphy Hall of Justice), keeping in mind that if family fills up the room, you must support outside of the courtroom; or you may simply LIKE us through your facebook or twitter accounts, or even wear purple in honor of Rosie.
We thank you all so much for keeping up to date with the case, sharing your words of support, your stories of Rosie and your compassion for all of the surviving family/children of Rosie.
